Can anyone tell me what the second counselling in aieee is all about ??? I mean the procedure followed regarding allotment in second phase ???And can one appear both first and second counselling ( obviously if rank permits ) ???
From ccb website I found that in 2008 a candidate having a rank >12k getting Chemical in NIT Trichy and 3 candidates having a rank >17k getting Chemical in NIT Allahabad and many more strange allotments. Is it due to luck or intelligent form fill-up ? Please clarify the procedure as I myself am expecting a rank of around 10k-12k.
