Application procedure:    
Application Form along with Bulletin of information may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP. Chest Institute Building,University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 against a Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi in the following manner:

(i) Sale of Bulletin of information w.e.f. Monday the 7th December, 2009

(ii) By Hand for Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for General and OBC Category candidates and Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) for SC/ST/PH Category candidates, between 9:30 A.M. to 12:30 PM. & 2:00 PM. to 3:00 PM. on all working days upto 07.01.2010. No cash payment will be accepted.

(iii) By post for Rs. 1,550/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty only) for General and OBC Category candidates and Rs. 1,050/- (Rupees One Thousand and Fifty only) for SC/ST/PH Category candidates, along with a self addressed envelope of 10" X 8" upto 29.12.2009
